Multicultural Australia – Humanitarian Settlement Program (HSP)
Supports newly arrived humanitarian entrants and other refugee visa holders during initial settlement (6-18 months), including services delivered by partners in Cairns (Centacare) and Townsville (TMSG).

Life Without Barrier (LWB)– Status Resolution Support Services (SRSS)

Settlement Services International (SSI) – Status Resolution Support Services (SSRS)

Needs-based support for people seeking asylum who are not able to support themselves, can demonstrate hardship and are engaged in immigration status resolution.

Multicultural Australia – Settlement Engagement & Transition Support (SETS)
Services and supports for humanitarian entrants in the first five years of settlement.
Romero Centre
Provides casework, advocacy, and practical support for people seeking asylum.

Asylum Seeker and Refugee Assistance Program (ASRA)

Collaboration of seven partner agencies who work together to support well-being, provide basic financial assistance and develop collaborative efforts to sustain asylum seeker support.
